Isaac Lorton (he/they) was born on a dark and stormy November day – or at least that’s what he’s been told – in the high mountain valley deserts of Arizona. Since then, Isaac has made his way east, with stops in South Bend, Indiana and Cleveland, Ohio. Isaac arrived in White River Junction in 2018 and has worked at Northern Stage in its development and marketing departments, the Upper Valley Haven where he did communications, mainly, and a bunch of other jobs, and as a freelance writer. Isaac likes to cook, eat, read, write, hike and photograph things. Isaac is excited to join the Norwich Public Library as its Community Engagement Coordinator, fulfilling his childhood daydreams of working at a library and his adult daydreams of building community.
